4. What made you decide to schedule surgery? After meeting with the doctor, I was convinced I would like the results.

6. Did you feel you were well prepared for your surgery? Yes, however, it was much more complex than I first thought.
7. How would you describe the pain after surgery? The donor site took a while to heal!
8. Was your postoperative care difficult? No.
9. When did you go back to work? Within a couple of days.

3. At the time of the initial consultation, did you find the information given to you beneficial? Yes
4. What made you decide to schedule surgery? I was comfortable with Dr. Quatela.
5. Would you choose the QCHR if you decided to have another procedure? Yes.
6. Did you feel you were well prepared for your surgery? Yes. The information and schedules provided were great!
7. How would you describe the pain after surgery? Very minimal
8. Was your postoperative care difficult? No
9. When did you go back to work? Four days after the procedure.
