More Than Meets the Eye

Hair restoration techniques have improved dramatically in recent years and have reached the point where transplanted hair is indistinguishable from natural hair.  These improvements have encouraged us to venture away from the scalp and onto the eyebrow.  The Quatela Center for Hair Restoration is pleased to announce that we will be combining state-of-the-art techniques and our medical teams artistic talent to help provide yet another solution to hair loss: eyebrow transplants.

Eyebrow loss occurs for a multitude of reasons; including genetics, excessive plucking, disease and physical trauma.  Eyebrow thinning or loss can have a significant impact on an individual's total appearance, since eyebrows are a key landmark on the face.  Eyebrow loss can often have a damaging effect on one's self esteem and personal confidence.  Any individual who has partial or complete loss of their eyebrows is possibly a candidate for this procedure.

Eyebrow transplants are a technically demanding procedure that involves careful planning.  The eyebrow position must be artistically designed and then filled in with single hair grafts.  The grafts must be meticulously placed at specific angles and directions of growth in order to mimic the natural eyebrow.
